Dr Renee Rubin Ross is the author of Inclusive Strategic Planning for Nonprofits, a five-step participatory framework for planning that expands energy, alignment and opportunity. Founder of The Ross Collective, Renee designs and facilitates participatory strategic planning with nonprofit boards, staff, funders and government entities, and the book distils that process after years of consulting across the United States. She directs the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program at California State University, East Bay, where she teaches strategic planning and board development, and holds a Doctorate in Education and Jewish Studies from New York University. Renee is one of the authors of the Expert Author Community, a home for experts turning serious ideas into meaningful books.
