Monique Zytnik is the author of Internal Communication in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, a practical guide for business leaders and communicators, filled with global case studies and stories from industry experts. Born in Adelaide, Monique trained as a physiotherapist and changed direction when she saw how much motivation and persuasion shaped her clients' results, going on to a Masters in Communication (PR) at RMIT University. She has since worked in-house across healthcare, banking, broadcasting and engineering, in Australian state and federal government, and for a global internal communication consultancy. Monique is one of the authors of the Expert Author Community, where she wrote alongside others turning serious ideas into meaningful books.
