Wendy Born is the author of Raising Leaders, a practical guide to building and leading great teams using a framework drawn from the principles of parenting. A facilitator, coach and speaker, Wendy works with executives, senior leaders and leadership teams to create high-performance organisations. She has more than 25 years of corporate and management experience, qualifications in human resources, finance and operations management, and is a graduate of Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in 21st Century Leadership.
