Fiona Robertson is the author of Rules of Belonging, a book for team leaders who are tired of managing conflict instead of performance and are told to do something about culture. A culture, leadership and teamwork expert, Fiona is the immediate past Head of Culture at National Australia Bank, where she spent a cumulative 12 years in senior executive positions, including heading market research and several transformation roles, and introduced a new set of values and purpose for the organisation. She holds an MBA from London Business School. Fiona wrote alongside other authors in the Expert Author Community, a home for experts turning serious ideas into meaningful books.
