Fay Calderone is the author of A Guide to Leading with Inclusion, an evidence-based blueprint for leaders building equitable, human-centred workplaces. An employment lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, Fay is a partner in the Sydney Employment & Workplace Relations team at Hall & Wilcox and chairs its National Diversity Inclusion and Wellbeing Council. She advises on compliance, restructuring, discrimination, bullying and misconduct investigations, and presses employers to move beyond compliance to healthy, inclusive and respectful workplaces.
