Denise Padín Collazo is the author of Thriving in the Fight, a book offering three keys to help Hispanic women keep their focus, morale and energy high. A social justice leader and mentor to fellow women of colour, Denise is senior advisor for external affairs at Faith in Action, the largest faith-based progressive organising network in the country, where she has advanced the cause of social justice over twenty-five years. She mentors, coaches and raises funds with other women, and speaks in a way that leaves listeners ready to act on their purpose. Denise wrote alongside other authors in the Expert Author Community, a home for experts turning serious ideas into meaningful books.
