Carolyn Ellis
Carolyn Ellis is the author of Lead Conversations That Count, a practical guide to the ten minutes of preparation that turn a gnarly meeting topic into a conversation worth having. A facilitator, trainer and coach based in Toronto, Carolyn helps leaders move from complexity to clarity and designs processes that build alignment and spark innovation. She has run her own consulting practice for over 10 years, following a varied career as an investment banker on Wall Street, a senior policy advisor in government and director of development for two major independent schools in Canada. Carolyn is one of the authors of the Expert Author Community, where she wrote alongside others turning serious ideas into meaningful books.
